Local tenants and residents' groups
We support local estate and community groups across a wide range of our schemes and estates. Some are formally constituted and recognised Tenant and Resident Associations, others are small and informal community or social groups. If you are interested in setting up a group, we are happy to offer support and advice. Start with downloading the Active Residents' Guide - it provides some useful advice on getting you started. You can also see a menu of the different types of resident involvement activities we support.

Clean and Safe Estates (CASE) Work
We understand that getting the basics right is important. To ensure that we are providing high quality estate services, we run a programme of Clean and Safe Estates projects (CASE). It focuses on improving our key estate and scheme services, such as caretaking, cleaning and gardening. If your estate or scheme has a CASE project you can get involved in the work.
Help us by completing the CASE surveys, attending the local meetings run by your Resident Services team or taking part in the local estate or scheme inspections.
