Calling Thames Gateway residents
Your region needs you!
The Thames Gateway region is holding its 2009 residents conference on 28 March, at the Excel Centre in London.
This year, the event will include interactive sessions, including role play exercises and discussions, where residents will be encouraged to give us their opinions on the services we provide. It will also explore the challenges of tailoring services to meet the needs of a diverse audience.
It is also a great opportunity to meet other residents from the area and find out more about how to get involved in Southern Housing Group activities.
Tony Hughes, Regional Director for Thames Gateway, commented: “These events are always popular and a great chance for local residents to meet our staff and talk to us about their needs in a relaxed and informal environment. We are continually trying to improve our services and this is an excellent opportunity for residents to give us direct feedback.
“We hope the day will be fun, informative and interesting and we look forward to welcoming our residents on the day.”

Lunch and refreshments will be provided, and travel costs are also covered. Please note this event is only open to residents who live in the Thames Gateway region. Details on other regional conferences will be sent out later in the year.
