Customer surveys: Tell us what matters to you

We run a rolling programme of around a dozen customer surveys across our services. We call this programme 'What matters to residents'. If you use our services there is a good chance we'll be in contact to find out what you thought of our services and what improvements we can make. Regular reports on our findings appear in Open Door.
