The Service Centre is open 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. You can also get in touch by emailing service.centre@shgroup.org.uk. Please allow up to five working days for a response.
Typetalk: If you have a textphone, you can contact us by calling the RNID's Typetalk service and typing in the message you want passed on to us. TheTypetalk operator will phone us to read out your message and will then send you our response via your textphone. To use Typetalk (via BT'sTextDirect), prefix the telephone number you're calling with:
- 18001 if you are text user
- 18002 if you are hearing user.
