Our subsidiaries
Southern Housing Group Limited is a charitable housing association. One of the largest housing associations in the South East, we have two subsidiaries, each with its own Board of Directors reporting to the main Group Board.
Southern Home Ownership Ltd is a non-charitable arm that provides a range of low-cost home ownership and intermediate housing options.
Southern Space Ltd develops homes for outright sale. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Southern Housing Group and all profits generated by its activity are used to provide much-needed independent funding for other Group activities.
