Tom Dacey: Member Tom was appointed Group Chief Executive in 1995, after 25 years working in the housing sector in the north of England. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a member of the Institute of Management. He is a former chair of the G15 group of London's largest housing associations. |

Dale Meredith: Member Dale has been development director with Southern Housing Group since the late 1980s. He is responsible for the Group's £500 million programme of new development and stock transfers as well as reinvestment programmes, new business, intermediate home ownership and a property development company. |

Katherine Lyons: Member Katherine works as a commercial property lawyer in a large City practice. Her experience includes advising a range of corporate and institutional clients on sales, acquisitions, lettings and development of commercial property.

Hugh Stebbing: Member Hugh is a Chartered Surveyor who spent his career with Lloyds Banking Group specialising in operational property matters. He now chairs the governing board of Clifton High School in Bristol, the Investor Committee of the Mayfair Capital Income Plus Fund and also has board roles with Clevedon YMCA and the College of Estate Management. |

Rosemary Farrar: Member Rosemary joined Southern Housing Group in April 2011 as the Group Finance Director. Prior to this Rosemary was Resources Director and Company Secretary at the Watford Community Housing Trust. Rosemary sits on the National Housing Federation Audit Committee and has held a number of non-executive board positions, both past and present. |
